Update on the camera situation: I finally got a call from Buckeye Electronics, looks like it would cost $200 to fix my camera. I can buy the same one for less than that now. So now I am debating on whether I should just go and buy another point and shoot camera or save up some money and get a DSLR. I’ve been wanting to get a dslr for some time now but I can’t just carry that around with me anywhere. I think I’ll just borrow my sisters (she has the same camera as my broken one) until I decide what to do. Or maybe I’ll just wait a couple months for my birthday and hope I get one.

My broken camera
I’m getting a little annoyed, I took my camera to Buckeye Electronics a little over two weeks ago. The guy that worked there said he would call me within a week to let me know if he could fix my camera. I’ve missed a lot of kodak moments in the past couple of weeks.
My aunt dropped my camera at my grandma’s birthday party and the lens was out, of course it landed on it and bent the lens. Still don’t know if it’s even fixable but I paid the guy $45 dollars just to look at which he has not done yet! I called the place yesterday and the girl that answered the phone said he should have it done by the end of the day and give me a call. I did not get a call.
I want my camera back, or at least to know if I should just buy another one. ugh
